Great hotel in a really convenient location for good food finds and a view of the dragon bridge! Staff were very helpful and rooms were always beautifully cleaned. You get a bit of road noise from being in the heart of the city but they also provide ear plugs to help with the noise.

Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Room was clean but had no view but their ?? Indoor garden that was kinda dirty and unpleasant to look at, otherwise good place to stay

Very compact room with too much noise. Bathroom is terrible, no space for taking shower, brushing and saving. Not recommended for comfortable staying. But location is good.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great,enjoyed tropical fruits I haven’t tasted in decades. Staff customer service was great and friendly. We were not accustomed to no separation to the toilet and floor wet. But we later adjusted. The location is walking distance to Han market and side street restaurant. I would come back again. The mgr Giang was very accommodating and offered to switch us to another room with bathtub and also offered a free foot massage which we ran out of time. Would recommend this place. Thank you

Location is great, staffs were friendly and nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. However, the maintenance of the gym and pool can be improved in which the treadmill didn’t work at the time and dusts were on many equipment without any available towel to clean before or after. Will come back to stay and see if there are improvements on the amenities such as the gym.

We had a lovely weekend at the Haian Riverside. The location is perfect being right across from the river in a walkable area of many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Our balcony had an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge. We spent an evening at the rooftop bar which also had beautiful views. The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely book this hotel again.
