Excellent housing in lovely Verona. Easy logistics w access in person or by phone and keycards. Wonderful and helpful staff w perfect English. Cute breakfast with all kinds of choices, quiet and clean and neat. Rekommended! Thank you for a nice stay!

The location and standard of the premises was great. Would have given it a top mark except for one thing…. When you leave the room, the air-conditioning turns off., so what happens is you return to a very hot room and it takes a long time for it to cool down and actually it doesn’t get that cool.. if the air-conditioning could remain on then it would be acceptable for guests to return in the evening and be able to go to sleep. These hot summer days make it very difficult for people not used to sleeping in the high temperatures.
The apartment was lovely, and like I said the location was good. Cleanliness was great.. breakfast was okay. Our flight was scheduled for the evening and because it was so hot, we returned to the premises but not the room and was able to sit on the sofa just to get out of the heat. We left our luggage in the premises with permission of the owner, a hard-working lady

The room was simple but perfect for one night and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy.
The check-in required a phone call to the host so make sure you have access to your phone but the host answered promptly with clear and straightforward instructions.
The room had a safe and a fridge.
The location was good and breakfast was very nice.
Would recommend.

The breakfast was excellent - best eggs ever!! The room and sitting area were very well designed. Felt like we were at home, but “away”. Host was very personable and pleasant.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and Viviana’s hospitality. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities worked perfectly, and I was able to enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay in my room with a terrace. The breakfast was delicious, too! Lastly, the location is also nice, it’s so close from the central area so easy to travel around. I’d definitely stay here again whenever I visit Verona.

Helt topp på alle måter. Nesten midt i byen men så stille og fredelig. Vi har brukt balkongen både morgen, ettermiddag og kveld. Et glass vin før leggetid i måneskinn og en herlig ro. Ute på gata er det flere gode restauranter, dagligvare og bar. Frokost servert etter vårt ønske. Vertskapet ga oss all mulig service. Anbefales på det varmeste!

This is an amazing place to stay. Room was comfortable, quiet, and had a gorgeous common view. Shower was large with good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was wonderful. Neighborhood was safe, five minute walk from main tourist area. Many restaurants within two minutes that were not overly touristy, but had English-speaking staff.

Property is in a quiet area but minutes away from the centre on foot and walkable from the train station.
Easy process for entry/exit.
Nice compact room with balcony for afternoon sun. Excellent shower.
Good communication from Vivienne. Fresh plentiful breakfast
