Hotel was great and staff super helpful when trying to deal with the situation where our hotels.com reservation didn't exist on arrival at the hotel. Managed to find us a room whereas Hotels.com weren't able to find suitable accommodation.

There were several places within walking distance to eat & shop. The beach is quite near with restaurants along the walking/running path. The clubs are about a mile down as well. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to both myself and my sister. However, the foul smell of manure reeked in the halls of our room and throughout the restroom.

The hotel was okay, but it definitely does not feel like a 4-star property. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a good job cleaning every day, which I appreciated. However, the hair dryer in the room was not working. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but expectations should be lower than a true 4-star hotel.

Had no breakfast. Air condition was OK. No real control for lowering the temperature. I had to open a window. Quite frankly, I didn't ask for help.
