Pobyt s deťmi

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the carpets were filthy, and the washroom had visible mold. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food options. Overall, my experience was average at best, and I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and the breakfast offerings.

Clean room with friendly and kind staff. Only problem is the fridge did not get cold and there wasn't a way to make it colder. My mom is diabetic and needed to be able to place her insulin somewhere cool and booked under the expectation we had a fridge. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was exactly what we expected, breakfast was what you anticipated a Hampton Inn would provide. Location was what we wanted! A positive experience, no sad surprises :)

The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great when we were talking with our driver on the shuttle that they make sure to do teamwork. Loved hearing that. Makes it a successfully run hotel.

Samostatný pobyt

Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!
