Room was nice but a few issues like bed broken and phone not working etc. Hotel is on a steep hill but decent location - more of a clubbing scene - we booked terrrace room with jacuzzi (which is a bath tub really) but was nice for the price a bargain but would love for them to fix all the other little thi

Sehr Dreckiges Hotel die Zimmer waren sehr unhygienisch überall Schimmel im Bad. Und das ganze Hotel stinkt wir konnten da nicht übernachten.

Overall not a pleasant experience for the price paid for the stay.. Hotel staff are not friendly at all, breakfast is very very poor, and the room is not comfortable.. Pillows are worn out and not comfortable, curtains are too small not covering the whole window letting the sun in, and the house keeping did not refill the coffee/water except when asked.. A very weird incident we faced is that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the house keeping entered the room to give us water!! The hotel's location is not bad, close to many shopping places and food, but it has a horrible slope making it very difficult with a baby stroller.

Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan. I would recommend to families and couples.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.
