Room clean. Carpet not so nice. Damp and humid in room.

I basically needed a clean bed to sleep in and clean bathroom to shower in the morning. Best Western had both.

Clean room. Little noisy. But nice.

During my stay, most of my interaction was with the desk clerks and all of them were nice. My room was on the 4th floor and it was clean and well kept, although there was a slight stale scent. Clearly on the 4th floor, the hallway was being remodeled, which I understand. The new paint and wallpaper were nice and the light sconces were very bright, however, I couldn't tell if the carpet was new or old, either way, the design was terrible. When I took the stairs and had to go to the 2nd floor, I could see why the remodel was sorely needed. The hallway was dim and the decor was dated and not attractive. The continental breakfast was okay but I strongly suggest they add fruit as a option. I went to the jacuzzi, the jets were definitely blowing strong and I enjoyed working out in there & resting in there, however, it needs to be re-surfaced, its way overdue. Grades: room B+ service: A breakfast: B jacuzzi: C NOTE: I would strongly suggest to the owners or company to paint the exterior, a more contemporary color & design could give the exterior a more upscale appearance. The current exterior paint looks dated.

It was nice to get a hotel pretty close to the world cruise place, however we did have a few negative experiences. The pool was dirty, the toilet in our accessible room plugged up due to low toilet flow. After asking for a plunger since there was none, i tried what i could but it just wouldn’t work so after midnight i had to wake my husband up for us to switch to another room. The breakfast wasn’t that good so wouldn’t really be counting on that. The staff was wonderful and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did ask for pillows but we were told we had to go downstairs to get them so that was a bit inconvenient. All in all it’s ok but def not worth over $200 for one night!

Clean room and just what we needed. Gotta love the complimentary continental breakfast. Not too far from Cruise Port.

Good for families

Location isn’t great. The staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations, so we were allowed to check in two hours early without a charge if we agreed to stay on the floor with construction.
