Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should have been by email and messaged through you. However the lady representative did her best to help me using Google translate. . Had we arrived in the dark there is no way we could have accessed our accommodation.

Overall good property which is close to the airport

Muy agradecidos con Brahian con quien tuvimos contacto directo. Por su profesionalidad, su amigabilidad, y recibirnos con gran entusiasmo. Nuestra estadia fue excelente en todos los sentidos. Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, cerca al mar, cerca a un lugar comercial donde disfrutamos de la comida local. El transporte publico, hacia Los Cristianos, guagua 483, en la esquina. Los residentes locales muy amables y amigables, voluntariosos para darnos información y direcciones. Esperamos volver otro verano a disfrutar de Okeanos.

It was overall a great stay. Loved the bus stop was right in front of the hotel, so commuting was amazing. Would highly recommend to other travellers.

building and rooms are a bit dated, but decent value for what it is

Check in wasn’t easy. Received a WhatsApp message 45 min before check in requesting to complete personal info, ID and provide 100euro deposit. Host says it takes 14 days to return the deposit which wasn’t indicated on the description on Expedia. Better Instructions required to prepare guests that you need to complete check in using a data connection, smart phone and credit card number for deposit. Would have been nice if they can send the request 1 day earlier to complete this info beforehand. Also note that the link is only in Spanish which I do understand since we are in Tenerife (but a heads up would have been appreciated). Room was clean and enough towels provided. Well located and close to restaurants and services. Somewhat noisy as there is no AC (fan in the room) and therefore with the window opened you can hear everything outside. Also you do hear doors opening and closing. Plenty of parking available on the streets. Very close to Tenerife south Airport (15 min drive). Room served its purpose as we just need a place to stay for 1 night to catch an early morning flight

Quick stay over that ended up being surprisingly nice

Nice room and bathroom, but soft bed. Room have view on atrium 5x5 m end there are several windows from other apartments arround. Below it is shared kitchen, which is ok, just when people are there it can be loud (if drinking, talking…)
