Wonderful boutique hotel that is newly updated. Great location for the price and views! Would absolutely stay here again.

Fatima and her sister are amazing!!! They really made our 3-night stay worthwhile! They’ve operated this B&B for over 12 years now. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The property is situated about 15-18 minutes walk away from the dock (uphill), so if you arrive with luggage, I highly recommend grabbing a taxi in the town square. We paid 20€ for our 3 minute car/van ride to the property (it’s a flat rate according to the taxi drivers who do not turn on the meters). The taxi stand is between the two ferry stops on the street along the water upon arrival. My wife and I grabbed a taxi each time we returned to the B&B during our 3-night stay and it was totally worth it despite what other reviewers mentioned about how wonderful the location of the B&B was. Not a knock on the location of this property, but just wanted to provide this insider tip as we were here during one of Europe’s historically hottest heat waves in June/July of 2026. Importantly for context for this review, it was our first time to Lake Como (although we been taking approximately 6-10 vacations each year for the last 25+ years and have only stayed in 4-5 star American hotel brands and have never experienced a Bed & Breakfast-type establishment before, so take what I say with that grain of salt. As such, the amenities felt somewhat lacking compared to our usual experiences, but that may not be fair to this property, which was immaculately maintained, albeit small. I would recommend a stay.

Charming Bellagio is a fantastic place to stay, set in beautiful peaceful gardens with a lovely relaxing pool area, beautiful view from balcony, rooms & bathroom cleaned daily & room was cool in heatwave with air con. Staff were all very friendly & helpful & went above & beyond to help. Alessandros helped us get around easily by taxi when we needed it & made our return journey to the airport enjoyable & stress free. A fabulous place to stay with fabulous staff!

Absolutely charming. Highly recommend.

The name describes the hotel perfectly! Situated at the top of Bellagio overlooking the lake, it's charming and beautiful. We loved the fact it was small with just 5 rooms with wonderful staff who were all super helpful & friendly. The pool was lovely after a day exploring & the breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice & wonderfully presented. Thank you for making our stay perfect.
