Very nice and clean

Love this hotel, close to everything.. feels so homey!

While the check-in staff was helpful and the rooms themselves were nice and clean, our experience at The Viv in Anaheim was completely ruined the next morning by an incredibly intrusive housekeeping staff.At 9:00 AM, housekeeping walked straight into our room while we were still sleeping, completely ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the fact that checkout is not until 11:00 AM. I explicitly told the staff member that we were not ready and to leave. I went downstairs around 10:00 AM, only for housekeeping to barge into the room a second time while my girlfriend was actively changing clothes. This happened despite the sign still being up and the staff being strictly told not to enter.Barging into a guest's room multiple times before checkout—especially with a Do Not Disturb sign displayed and people changing—is a severe violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. The front desk may be nice, but management seriously needs to train their housekeeping team to respect guest boundaries

The hotel is close to Disneyland and the freeway entrance. We stayed for 5 days; every time we came back from our day's activities, the room was refreshed. The staff did a very nice job maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Will stay again.

This was my first stay at The Viv and I will be returning. The staff was amazing. From the valet to the front desk and servers everyone was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed watching the fireworks from my room after a long day of traveling and the fish tacos were superb.

Place was nice. However had problems with our hotel key card when it came to parking- they did fix it fast and no issue until I had to deal with night receptionist. It was 0400 and I had to take a call in the hallway and my key card isn’t working. My roommates had to go

We loved that our room had a bunk bed for the kids. The pool was nice and clean as well. However the cleaning staff wasn’t great. They didn’t restock the creamer and coffee when they came in each day so I would have to call down and ask but sometimes couldn’t get anyone on the line so my husband would have to go down to talk to someone. There was also someone’s sock left behind the bunk when we first checked in along with what looked like a spill under the table that was never cleaned. They also left their cleaning rag in our room after one of the cleanings. The smell of the towels weren’t great either. We did have a slight view of California adventures but it was a lot further away than I was originally anticipating. We thought we would walk but we ended up ubering everywhere instead because of the distance. I would say that part was on me. I should have looked at the distance better before booking.
