A pretty good size room for a family of four (standard twin). Very friendly and courteous staff at the front desk. Drink/coffee stations in the lobby as well as complimentary facial/eye masks and bath salts(?) near the elevators so you can pick some up on your return from a long day in the city. They also replenish bottled water each day. A lot of amenities! Super convenient- walkable to a couple of subway stations, close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, 7 Eleven and Family Mart nearby, and lots of restaurant options. The free luggage storage (locked with combination) also came really handy on the departure day. Overall really good value for the money!

Cleanness, organize, staff are excellent if you need help or anything you need ,air conditioning was perfect, they even have toothbrush, toothpaste and everything necessary. Too many good things to list. I gave them 5 stars. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at The Leben twice now, and no doubt will choose it again when we revisit Osaka in the future. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, and the location is great.

The Hotel Leben is an absolute find! The rooms are large and spacious, with a comfy seating area. We appreciate having the toilet and shower separate from each other and the extra closet space. The hotel provides a lot of different toiletries and cold and hot beverages daily. The staff is superb! Always helpful and friendly. Our family had three rooms and we all enjoyed the stay here at this property. Location is great for dining, shopping and easy access to everything. A great find in Osaka!
