I like wooden floor.The hotel room is new and clean.Staff are very nice and helpful.The hotel provides free continental breakfast every morning.

The flooring should be properly fixed and secured, as it felt uneven and slightly raised. The bathroom area should be separated with a proper door for better privacy and ventilation. Additionally, bathrobes should be provided complimentary rather than being rented daily.

Great location in Ginza area, not too busy. Staff were super helpful in arranging luggage transfer and cute robot delivered towels to room. Bathroom in room with no door to close was weird though - no possibility of privacy. Bed was comfy but room quite small even by Tokyo standards.

Beds were very comfortable, the rooms includes 4 free bottle of water every day. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not many options for the price. The restaurants and bar closes very early 8.30pm and there is no room service. The location is great.
