The staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable. Breakfast buffet is OUT OF THIS WORLD....had it every morning while we were there. Roof top swimming pool is fantastic as well On our floor, all the rooms had recently be renovated and we well appointed I will stay there again without a doubt

Breakfast options were great, the room immaculate. Staff attended diligently, replenishing stock without needing to be asked. Consistently friendly and eager to assist. The pool was a favourite retreat, with the rooftop offering wonderful city views.

First of all i would not recommend this hotel its old and noisy. Dont stay in this hotel because they said its a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. They did not provide shuttle because there is no shuttle, dont be fooled of when booking this place about shuttle its false advertisement we ended up taking grab from airport to the hotel and its far away it cost $ 40 canadian dollars one way and when checkin out going to the airport they had to call a taxi again and i ended up paying onther $40 dollars. They should removed the free shuttle on the website people who would like to stay here for a covinience of pick up and drop off to airport. Its all a lie. They accusing me of they tell me that the shuttle is scheduled they lie about that they dont have shuttle at all i stayed here March 9 to 10 2026. Pls dont be fooled about the convenience of this hotel. The money is no problem i just dont like being lied to about a free shuttle they could have just removed it on the web site.

Our first day aircon doesn't work. I left my bag with my silver rings only to find out it was missing. No shuttle to bring you to airport. Food is ok but i wont trust people cleaning your cleaning your room
