rooms where spotless and cleaned regular staff always rose from there seat when you entered the hotel or came into reception bar was lovely and clean too. never had breakfast. but we love this hotel

The hotel is nice and located not far from central square. However, my only complaint is that the air conditioner did not really cool the room to the temperature I desired. That led to poor sleep because I sweat at night. It wasn’t exactly hot, just not cool enough for me.

We had a room that had a bath tub with an attached hose and shower head, but no shower stall. It was virtually impossible to shower without sitting in the tub. If you want a stand up shower I guess you have to note it when you book. Otherwise, the location is very good, staff helpful and room nice.

Perfect location - close to old town and main rail station. Tucked away so no traffic noise, although close to railway lines and trains start early. You won’t really hear them though, provided you close the window (hotel is air conditioned).
Room equipped with tea and coffee making facilities as will as a fridge. Very clean, plenty of breakfast choice and bar open until 11pm. Highly recommend if you’re using trains in Poland.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. The room was comfortable with double sky lights. We were exhausted from the long flight and went to bed to acclimate. We checked out the following morning.

Fantastické Lovely hotel with very helpful staff.
Rooms are a good size and spotless.
Location is great. Easy access to the train station and not too far to walk to the main square.
Breakfast is ok. Reasonable selection and always got enough to keep us going.
Reception staff stand up whenever you enter reception - felt bad for them doing this every time. 😊

Great location. Very clean and quiet. We managed to walk to all places we planned to see. Nice staff all want to help with any things we need. They even offered to search for last minutes tickets/tour to Auschwitz Memorial.
