The price is a SCAM. They charge a $30 per night pet fee instead of a one time deposit. My AC did NOT work the entire weekend and I was simply asked to unplug it for 15mins to see if that would fix it, since I was already on my 2nd room I was offered no other options other than open the window. I was bearable at night due to cool rainy weather, but the days were terrible, I left the door open trying to collect the cool air from the hallway. Mostly I am disappointed in the pet fee scam. I travel with my pet everywhere and I have NEVER paid more than a $50 (one time fee) pet deposit.

At the last minute checking in I had to pay my pet fee per night $25. The bed sheets were stained. Staff called to report my small dog was being too loud had to go all the way back from the entrance of San Antonio all the way to my room towards end of San Antonio. Breakfast was only cereals, apples, and orange juice. Parking space is on the back other side of the hotel. Deposit is required once checking in even if room was booked. Don’t forget to get your deposit back.

The room was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful in getting new batteries for the tv remote. Breakfast was ok; however, I would add Chesse, Eggs, Bread to the menu. The cereals are too sweet for a Diabetic customer. Thank you for a restful stay!

Got to the property around 11 pm. Took about 15 minutes for someone to let me in the door to check in. After I was given a room,i was told they made a mistake and had to give me a different room. The room was ok. Some of the lights didn't work. There was some hair on the bed. If you plan to only sleep for one night, that may be good. Take shampoo and soap to bathe. They have pinky size bottles and it was barely enough for my hair. When I checked out i asked for the receipt and the guy told me the printer was broken but i signed the check in receipt the night before that they printed in front of me. He said he would email me the final receipt and still never got it. Maybe I'm being to dramatic but I've been charged at other places for early check in and tried to dispute it and could never get a hold of anyone. That was 25 dollars for a service I didn't use.
