Excellent hotel my family and I booked last min as we had to leave a previous hotel due to mold and horrible conditions, we stayed here and loved it. From the hotel staff to all amenities it was great! Breakfast the kids absolutely loved and very clean hotel all around.

Everything was nice. Room was nice size and very clean. Staff were nice and responsive. Pool was freezing cold though. TV remote needed the batteries replaced.

Rooms were clean, carpet not so much. Staff at front desk not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother at check in. Breakfast is nonexistent. Eggs, sausage and cereal were available the week we were there along with apples and bananas. Expected more out of this hotel as we love others we have stayed at

The hotel was really clean and I liked the fact that when the lobby was closed after hours you had to use your hotel key to enter the building

I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not work (I had to charge my phone by the coffeemaker which isn't such a big inconvenience except that I work from my phone, but I do realize this is a personal problem); there are no full-length mirrors (just the bathroom mirror); and lastly, the cherry on top -- the internet randomly shut off thus the wi-fi and smart tv didn't work for 2 days of my stay.
