Good clean room with window that opened wide! Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately no time to use all the other amenities but I’m sure they are as advertised

Close to airport, great staff. Building needs a little maintenance and rooms need attention ( stains on the carpet and sofa, only 1 bath towel provided, only 2 pillows on bed...1 roll of already started toilet paper....really comes across as giving the bare minimum as far as the room is concerned). We had dinner at the restaurant....great service and the food was delicious. Would definitely use this hotel again when passing through Paris.

The staff don't know what they are doing. They gave my room to someone else and still gave me a key (I walk into someone's stuff) when I came back to complain they say it was my stuff really? It took manages to figure out another room. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap refill( it was an empty refill able bottle), no curtains in the shower (Idk this is a French thing). Everyone kept coming back to complain

The room were not clean everyday, we had to request it and other issues there were no closets for clothing. I stayed there for two weeks and I was unable to care for my clothes and my husband clothes due to lack of space/garderobe. we had to dump our clothes on the sofa and had to iron all the times. Therefore its not good for long term stay.
