Our rooms were spotless and the beds very comfy. We had beautiful lakeside views.
The bathroom was modern and well organised.
A bit of a problem with WiFi but a storm and a reboot of the system post afterwards fixed it.
Pillows were in short supply and whilst one room was fine and they were very good the other had very thin pillows and on requesting more was told that had run out.
The location was excellent.
Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there.
Front of house felt a little like it was being run on guess work rather than experience. Parking was interesting and tight.

Staff was great especially Lazslo bit this place is perhaps a 5 and it in really poor condition.
It is a joke to see a sign from 2021 that scores this hotel as a 9/10.

Perfectly nice place. Any minor shortcomings were more than offset by the reception staff.

It was a wonderful two nights! Dinner by the lake was a dream (lake Como vibes!) and getting sunshine by the pool and lake after a Stoos Ridge hike was a highlight. We loved sitting on the balcony into the evening. Great restaurants all in walking distance. Pillows were very soft so we asked for a few extra and they brought them right away. They provide pool towels too! We ate at the Italian Restaurant at the hotel for dinner the first night.

Air conditioning smelled swage and need claening. We had to turn off AC to stop bad swage smell. Building was old and bed was too soft.

Skvelé The best part of the hotel was the beautiful view of the lake. Also loved the great breakfast buffet. The room on the 2nd floor was very hot when I arrived around 10:30 PM. I was unable to cool it off as the thermostat did not appear to work. There was a door leading outside but when I attempted to open it to get air, the door appeared to fall forward away from the hinges, Not sure what type of design this would be unless the door was actually broken. Only stayed one night but paid for two nights due to a snafu with our travel plans.

Great experience at this hotel, weggis is a charming town, and the beau Rivage was as charming as anything else. Loved the staff and the pool/lake/amenities were amazing. We will be back!

Charming old hotel with an amazing location and view. Pool and spa were great.
Rooms and beds were average but that's to be expected at this price on Lake Lucerne.

The hotel is a little outdated. The room doesn’t have AC , only a little portable cooling system with a pipe out of the window, but the pipe was not hooked on the window just leaving an empty hole next to the bed. The check in at 2pm is too early, the room are not ready at all. So we left the luggage in the dirty room unattended or have a choice to leave by the front desk area without supervision. There’s one tiny elevator but the housekeeping keep using it so a lot of time have to wait or use stairs, the bedding has some funky smell.
