Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

We highly recommend The Eton Hotel. We had a beautiful room facing The Huang Pu river and the city. The building is located close to the city centre and you can admire fantastic views straight after leaving the hotel.
The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was carefully and beds were made every single day. We were provided with fresh bottled wated. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty and freshly prepared. My wife especially enjoyed waffles and pancakes.
We enjoyed our stay at The Eton.
We will surely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Eton Hotel in Shanghai. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely worth it, with a great variety of high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it really set a great tone for the day.
Overall, the combination of comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast made our experience very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

breakfast was good and the restaurant is very roomy .i want to thanks for all the front desk staffs specially the young happy face guy who helped us all those days ,thanks every staff from ETON HOTEL

Pod priemerom No bellman come to help us with the luggages until we come and ask. Receptionists are very unfriendly and unhelpful! Very very bad experience
