Location is the key for me to stay. Staff and service are essential, plus the cleanliness of the room. I like to recommend this property for either short or longer stay.

Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer. Thanks.

Room was dusty but staff was very helpful. You can see that most of them want to help despite the language barrier.
