There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces.

Fantastické It is a good place for those who want a quiet environment and Onsen. Though it is a 5-8min walk, the walk gives u an experience of the countryside in Japan.

Hotel staff tried extremely hard to help with our questions although most of them have very limited English. Nami and Hirosi (sorry if I remember your name wrong) were most helpful and assisted in sorting out our Alpine route schedules and luggage transfer. The Japanese style room was lovely, quiet and peaceful with one side directly facing a river and an uninhabited mountain. You can hear the sound of the running water. The onsen was great too!

It was a very nice hotel for our honeymoon.We enjoyed the facilities and surrounding areaoutside the hotel.

Overall stay is satisfactory. However, we had some problems locating the hotel as the hotel only reflected the Japanese name. Should add the Japanese name to the booking confirmation.
