My go-to property in Tokyo — I’ve been staying at this property since it opened. Footsteps from the Marunouchi line’s Shinjuku Gyoenmae stop.

I have stayed at this property from the time it opened, and it is still my “go-to” property in Tokyo. Big breakfast buffet if you decide on that option and free access to the wonderful sento (Japanese public spa) in the basement of the building. Washer/dryers available — the washers automatically dispense soap. This property is at the very quiet end of Shinjuku, just footsteps from the Shinjuku Gyoenmae stop on the Marunouchi Line of the Tokyo Metro. So convenient! The staff speaks some English, but use Google translate throughout your stay in Japan to be sure. Just show people the translation on your phone. Even though I know some Japanese, I use it ALL the time!!

Everything a traveller might need, restaurant, onsen, luggage store, laundry, etc. Excellent hotel, fantastic location, adjacent to the national botanical gardens. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Convinient location - walking distance to Sinjuku Gyeonmae station and Shinjuku station. Check out process was fast and luggage storage was available. If the Sento were to be closed later, it would be better. Currently it closes at midnight. It is not always possible to make the timing if one were to be out and caught the last train back. I would suggest for the Sento to be closed at 2 or 3 am instead.

Samostatný pobyt

The room is perfect for solo travelers, probably a bit cramped for multiple people. Very clean, very quiet, and phenomenal air-conditioning. The staff made check-in and check out very easy and fluid. Great location; right next to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, plenty of konbinis, a movie theater and shopping, as well as a garden! Very pleasant stay of you’re in Tokyo.

Super small room. Had difficulty checking in because the staff couldn’t find the reservation. Incredibly small lobby with no air conditioning.
