Room is OK, spacious bathroom. Regarding cleaning service, you must put the “Make up room” tag every morning at your door to make sure they clean the room. Otherwise they won’t make it up. Staff is not kind. Breakfast is average and the space is limited when the hotel is full. Dining buffet is also limited and expensive. The fitness center is really small, maximum 4 people at a time to be able to do some workout (consider the hotel has around 300 rooms). When hotel is full is really difficult to use de gym. Neighborhood is boring, only two restaurants around and a men’s club and sex shop, weird! Well located to attend a trade show at Messe, really close to underground station.

El staff amigable, atento y servicial, nos ayudaron en en todo. La habitación familiar, sin dos habitaciones con baño para cada una, cocineta y muy cómoda. Todo el hotel súper limpio. Y el desayuno muy completo.

Clean room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is good. The restaurant menu both for lunch and dinner is limited. Location is very convenient in case of attending any trade show at Messe Munchen. Two things to improve: 1) the fitness center is very small in comparison to the hotel dimension: at 7 AM it's impossible to do workout, the gym is very small and full of people. No space to move around. 2) the TV at the bedroom is old (only air channels and some other german channels). The hotel should renew all TVs to Smart TVs.
