The room was clean and situated overlooking the city which was lovely. My only discrepancy was the bathroom felt is was for a disabled person, not that there’s a problem with that, it just didn’t suit us for a romantic getaway.

I booked and received confirmation for two rooms, but on the morning of check-in the hotel app showed only one. Staff initially insisted there was only one booking and told me to contact Hotels.com myself. After a lot of effort, another staff member finally confirmed both rooms. Very frustrating experience and disappointing service.

Room service menu was limited, no tea or expresso coffee available via room service. Pool bar closes at 6pm which seems early for a rooftop bar. Breakfast options are limited, would have liked to see pancakes or waffles. Some basics missing like toothbrush. No area to heat food.

Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious.
