The breakfast staff was amazing, super helpful, good food

Easy parking, beautiful clean hotel, friendly people, spacious room - we have zero complaints!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. It’s an older property so there is some wear and tear that could addressed. The free parking is a great perk. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, yogurts, toast, bagels, fruit, juice and the option to make a fresh Belgian waffle. Close to the Casey’s arena formerly known as the Wells Fargo arena. Not far from downtown. Overally we were really happy with the stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Staff at front desk was Absolutely perfect. The ladies there were so very helpful. They were just outstanding.

I never write reviews but my experience was amazing and deserves to be talked about. I picked this hotel because it was close to the Event Center for a full weekend convention we were attending. It ended up being right across the street, SO convenient! We arrived around 1ish, I went into the hotel to see if we could park there early and then come back over to check in after 3 and the wonderful lady at the desk let us check in early! It was such a nice surprise to not have to leave our bags in the car and to be able to run up to our room and freshen up after driving and everything. Our room was nice and clean. Fridge was cold, microwave worked, AC stayed on all night. The view of the water/city is also really pretty at night. Our floor also was relatively quiet at night which was also a plus. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel breakfast. Well stocked for how busy it was, no complaints. Check out was seamless and when we checked out, they let us keep our car parked there until the afternoon so we could attend the final day of our convention without paying parking somewhere else. So that also was an amazing perk. We will most definetly stay again next year!!

My family was in town supporting our brother who had a horrible accident. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were amazing, and so kind to us. We stayed for 12 nights in total and we felt very comfortable at the hotel.
