Joshua was extremely helpful. He contacted me before I arrived and sent pictures on how to enter the building. And restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Milan.

What a wonderful stay here! From leading up to check in, checking in, and checking out, the staff was incredible. They made such an effort to make us feel welcomed with a personalized stay. The location is in the heart of everything. As two females we felt extremely safe. The room was very comfortable with stocked amenities . Would recommend to anyone staying in Milan
