There was only two things. I was not happy about one the handicap parking. It was extremely too long of a walk from the garage to the hotel and the second thing was when we was leaving the hotel. There was no carts available to take our luggage downstairs had to make multiple trips other than that everything was fantastic.

The three beds in suite was amazing for large families or if traveling with aging parents. The food was amazing, breakfast was fantastic. The soda machines were troublesome reading the cups, other than that one issue; the staff was great extremely pleasant, property was well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, love the picnic table in the suite and it didn’t take away from the spacious layout.

Fantastic accommodation for a family of 4. The 2 bedroom apartment is ideal with 3 queen beds. There is a small fridge and a microwave but no kettle. The free shuttle service to the parks for guests was excellent as it cuts out a lot of time as the drop off is closer to the security screening. Definitely would book again

The check in staff was very helpful and super sweet even helped us with questions as she was leaving her shift. I believe her name was Mia. The pool and facilities all were cleaned and it was great having the shuttle to the parks.
