The staff and service were excellent, and the room was adequate. Breakfast was monotonous, and it could use an extra variety or two. However, most importantly, 3 things must happen before i ever book again with this hotel: 1. Hot water is a must. 2. No barking dogs at night on the hotel property. Peace is needed. 3. Visitors from a very specific country MUST be blacklisted, as they are from most Balinese hotels. They are rude, loud, obnoxious, and completely disrespectful. They lack manners, and have no commonsense. The staff and management were unable to deal FIRMLY with that obnoxious group, even after several complaints.

Didnt like this hotel..rooms very small.no fridge.no safety deposit box..good location but thats it.never stayed booked into another hotel

Good location nice room with outdoor seating for 2 and a clothes rack for drying.Wifi ok Room 207 needs a mirror over the sink as not one there looks like was in the past may have been broken..Walk to beach 5-10 minutes Sky Garden 10-15 walk.I stayed for 3 nights and each night a dog outside some street would not stop barking not the hotels fault but kept me awake maybe I was unlucky or it happens all the time..The hotel play on repeat music which is a bit annoying if you want to relax

I love the fact its cozy. But to the extend there was a 3-4 hours power trip and also the toilet is super unclean and the aircon was not working at times

I did not stay there! I was making booking for hotel in Padang West Sumatera but somehow when I clicked on the hotel RangkayoBasa in Padang it jumped to this hotel, I was in a rush and never noticed this and proceed to confirm the booking and made payment! So upset on your misleading website! Will never want to use hotels.com again!
