The property was very clean and the staff was more than helpful. On 17 they have a small continental self serve coffee, ramen, juice and cereal bar very clean. It was nice to be able to store our luggage with them for free hours before our check in so we could wander around and go to Lotte World. Highly recommend!

The room was fine. My only issue was the toilet. It is very loose from the floor. It waa super scary to use because I was afraid it was going to break

The amenities were great, and the staff were very friendly. I especially loved the self-serve bar upstairs where you can enjoy unlimited drinks and simple snacks. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Korea.

Modern ameneties like charging cables and international power sockets. Some rooms lack power points along the table/desk making it inconvenient for work. Aircon operated on the remote controller but floor heating can’t be disabled and aircon too noisy at night, making room a little warm if you need to switch the aircon off to sleep
