A simple budget hotel in Osaka. Friendly staff throughout my stay. Breakfast was a reasonable selection. There was a machine at check-in to accommodate that I only spoke English, you could check-in using that. Conveniently located near rail lines to Universal Studios Japan. I was able to get there in about 15 minutes after leaving the hotel.

Great hotel, right near multiple train station entrances, as well as spot for late night snacks (McDonald’s, dominos, 7-11, CoCo curry, Lawson, family mart) Only downside was the beds were hard and not soft

There was free breakfast, the room was clean, staff were very helpful as I had issue with trying to use the luggage service. I gave 4 stars for amenities due to the dryer not strong enough the clothes were not completely dry even after using for 1 hr. But overall the hotel stay was pleasant plus it's near tanagawa station exit 1 so it's very convenient.

Loud ac/heat systems, staff lady unhelpful or passive aggressive, stood outside our door starting check out time, location close to train station, other staff were nice and tried to help specially lady with glasses was nice

really enjoyed Toyoko Inn. This hotel branch ended up becoming my favorite. Always good service. Front desk was always helpful. They allowed us to drop our luggage bags before check in. I will definitely book more Toyoko Inn when i go back.
