The room we had was below standard - no bedside table to put your things. No lifts, too many steps and not safe to climb so many steps. No hygiene kit. poor maintenance. Will not stay here again.

Zostal/a som s rodinou

We enjoyed the Lamana hotel. The rooms were clean and well set out. The restaraunts were excelent. We appreciated the breakfast buffet daily. The location is a little tucked away, but close to many things in Waigani area (Vision City and Government offices). The shuttle service was late. We waited for nearly an hour one time, and a second time more than 30 minutes to be picked up from Jackson's International Airport. I appreciated the staff at the airport contacting the hotel a couple of times on our behalf. Shuttle service was polite and helpful, but definitely late. Also, while clean, there were indicator lights on the dash that said the vehicle needed service and in conversation that did not seem to bother the driver.
