Beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. Booked the double-room. There was a full breakfast with a lot of options to try. The hotel is not next to the roadway and the staff came out to the road to help bring the luggage into the hotel. Hotel suggested a great traditional restaurant for dinner that was wonderful. The hotel worked with the car company to ensure we was picked up and delivered the cruise port.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Location worked for us being near the Galata bridge and top floor restaurant had some great views. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only area for improvement was the quality of the room. Would have benefited from better decor and more quality furnishing

Great location. Great value for it's price. Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the neighborhood. However, for us it was a little too dark. If I was by myself I would've been scared. Also, we our flight arrived after breakfast, and we asked for something light to eat (even a tea with biscuits) and we were told that breakfast is over. Other than that, it's a good hotel. We're thankful for the stay!

I recently stayed at Ferman Port Hotel, Special Class in Istanbul and overall had a positive experience, mainly because of its unbeatable location. It’s centrally situated, making it very easy to get around—whether crossing the bridge to Sultanamet, a tram ride to the north or hopping on ferries to explore different parts of the city. The staff were excellent throughout my stay—friendly, helpful, and attentive, which definitely made a difference. That said, the property itself feels a bit rundown, especially considering it’s in such a historic area. My standard room was decent and comfortable enough, but it could definitely use some updates. In the end, the location is really the standout feature here. If convenience and accessibility are your top priorities, this hotel is a solid choice.

Yes, could not charge my phone due to non availability of US plugs, I had to go out and buy one, the hotel have no access by any vehicles, luggage have to go from far road by trollies

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay—I’d gladly come back again.

No windows in the room and no light at all. Staff were not friendly. Location is in a busy street and not comfortable for families to stay.
