This is a very unique hotel. You need a car and it is a little tricky to find. It is located in a botanic garden. Breakfast in a greenhouse. The grounds are very large with multiple conference areas. Breakfast was cold stuff but adequate. It was like a buddest retreat. Very calming.

Room is nice and specious. Breakfast is good. The garden is beautiful! The location is perfect because you can avoid the busy centre of Bari when you go on trips!

Beautiful gardens, hotel is small, rooms are very dark and absolutely no internet, weak insecure connectivity. Had to use my cellular hotspot for data snd that was very slow too. Can’t recommend staying here.

They need an upgrade or try to keep the property one better shape

The stay was great, the hotel grounds were nice and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Maybe a bit off season but everything closed when I arrived just before 10pm. Only a few other guests for breakfast. Very isolated.

What should be a five-star resort has deteriorated into a two-star place to stay. Very overpriced.

Location was very out of the way - located within a botanical garden. Finding the place at night was very difficult and creepy. Area is very dark. Rooms were adequately furnished, and beds were good, but overall experience was unsettling, as it felt like you were sleeping in the jungle. One of our rooms was quite good - the one they use in the picture, but the other seemed like a storage room for extra furniture. Breakfast was outside, chilly, and not very appealing. Disappointing overall, considering the pictures on the posting.

The hotel itself is great, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was adequate (although instant coffee in Italy just doesn't feel right). However the hotel is in an odd location (don't attempt staying here without a car!) down a dirt path by a motorway. The hotel itself is set in an old botanical garden - although the hotel ran well enough, as a botanical garden it felt a little neglected. Plants looked thirsty, and the animals that habit the hotel (parrots, peacocks, dogs, terrapins and more!) all looked under-fed and the cages for the birds were small and hadn't been cleaned out in quite some time. With a bit more love this would be an amazing location for a holiday or a wedding!

Good experience in general. You have to be careful not to miss the sign in front, especially if arriving at night.
