This was our first time visiting the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & were VERY pleasantly surprised. Everyone that we encountered from valet, bell hops, front desk, restaurant service staff, casino staff, & housekeeping were all friendly, helpful, & professional. Our room was clean & spacious. The bed & pillows were outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was delicious. The pool & property were very well kept up & clean. If I had to complain about anything it would be the towels & toilet paper. They were the only things that we felt weren’t up to the standard of this hotel & property. We will most definitely be staying again & would highly recommend. PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.

Clean, great staff

My family and I showed up to check in for our hotel reservation at 6:30 pm (check in starts at 4 pm), and our room was not available for check in until 6:50 pm. We had bought tickets for a live event in the building that started at 7 pm. No accountability was shown by the check in staff, no compensation, no apologies. For about $700 dollars a night, this was by far the most disappointing experience I have endured. Really a shame. Manager did not show face at the check in counter despite requests.

The worst hotel experience of our lives.We will never return to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, and here is exactly why. It started before we even walked in: the valet parking team received us with zero courtesy or hospitality. At check-in we were promised a city view room and were placed in a room facing the hotel parking lot, not a "partial view," simply inaccurate information given at the desk. The pool area was completely full, with no seating available anywhere, and the main pool was closed. That pushed every guest into one overcrowded space, creating real safety risk: children jumping and swimming right on top of adults and elderly guests with limited mobility. We witnessed several near-accidents. This is a capacity and safety management failure, not a minor inconvenience. At dinner, every restaurant was full and the hotel offered no alternative. We ended the night eating a cold, poor-quality hot dog, and my wife became ill with indigestion afterward. For a resort at this price point, a guest being unable to get a decent meal is unacceptable. At check-out, the valet left my car parked with the door open in the rain. The entire interior was soaked. No explanation, no apology, no action taken. The Hard Rock markets itself as a luxury experience and charges accordingly. What we received was negligence from arrival to departure: untrained staff, false information at check-in, an unsafe and overcrowded pool area, no food options, and damage to my vehicle on the way

I come to The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel because the best drinks and service I have received are from Ramses in the pool bar area. His recommendation for good appetizers were a spot on. The hotel needs an update in its rooms and the beds, but good stay overall. Cashiers from The Grind were not so welcoming.
