The shower was freezing cold. Even though we booked a double room and had a double bed, there was only a single duvet. The glasses in the room were like thimbles. The rooms were very sparse and didn’t have any amenities other than the bed. Good location.

Clean, minimal aesthetics. Check-in staff courteous and willing to converse in English, even offering different room options based on desired window view. Location:cost ratio is unbeatable. Would stay here again.

Great location, good value. The only criticism I would have is that the staff don’t seem very attentive when you check in or check out- particularly on check out, I was left stood there for several minutes having been seen at the desk by staff who appeared to be stocking a machine near the restaurant area. Other than that, no issues

This hotel is very very very well situated for a visit to Dresden. All the main attractions are in easy walking distance, while it is also very easy to reach by taxi from the station (only 10 minutes away), and lots of public transport stops right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We told them that my mother will come with her rollator, and she was given a spacious room with an accessible shower room (and a great view to boot!). Breakfast was very well done: much to choose from, cooked and uncooked, fresh fruit and all. Delicious filter coffee on tap! The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful (took care of calling a special taxi for us). We'd definitely stay in this hotel again!!!

Great location and price. The breakfast was hearty and fresh. Quiet room with a nice hot shower. I would definately again.

The room was like a shoe box only big enough for 1 traveller. Shower cubicle in the middle of the room no privacy. No safe, no coffee/tea facilities, staff reluctant to give you extra towel. Our room had a courtyard view…. Bush tree. The offer is free beverage if you had no house cleaning was never delivered. For the price you pay you can get much better.

Staff was friendly, Rooms were clean. Downside, shower has no privacy. It's in the room and open and visible to your partner in the room.
