Hotel is strategically located. On our first night, the AC in Room 507 wasn't working properly despite maintenance’s efforts, though we appreciated being moved to Room 907 the following day. Additionally, upon checkout, the front desk staff requested that we return or pay for the white fabric slippers. Based on standard hotel practices, we assumed these were complimentary and packed them to avoid unnecessary waste. If the slippers are not complimentary, the hotel should clearly state this with in-room signage beforehand, rather than putting guests in an uncomfortable position at checkout.

The onsite restaurant had a good choice. The room was fantastic 2 double beds, full bath tub. Reception were lovely they stored our bags until check in as we arrived very early. Walking distance to the big shopping malls

Great stay!! Very close to shopping centers, BTS line nearby. Location was great! Staff was helpful and kind. Only complaint- internet wasn’t working the last two days of our stay.

This hotel was top class quality. The staff are exceptional (especially the door man, he’s always one step ahead of you to open the doors for you & so friendly). The room was amazing, so modern. The bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable - best nights sleep ever. The location was perfect. We loved everything about this hotel, the pool etc & would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pre podnikanie aj voľný čas

A nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Big spacious room with shower, bathtub, warm/washing/cleaning toilet seat. Funny water pool in "jungles", nice morning buffet with numerous tasty breakfast meals. On-site restaurant where we could take lunch and dinner. Walking distance to the nice Jim Thompson house/garden museum. Amazing staff. I stayed in the hotel for one week and will return there at the next trip to Bangkok.
