Hotel was nice, room was good - older but clean, no complaints air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very unfriendly, were rude and not helpful when it came to anything we asked or needed. Talked to other residents staying and they had the same issue. Would not stay again solely based of off bad customer service.

I enjoyed staying here during my last night in Spain. Not far from the airport so it made sense for a smooth departure. Beautiful property, I ate at the restaurant for dinner and was very disappointed in the food & the service. That’s my one and only complaint.

Slightly tired appearance. Situated at the top of a hill. TV didn’t work. Quite location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Expensive (but that is Barcelona). Okay for one night. Close to the Metro.

Property was nice, the room is very basic. The air conditioning turns off when you leave, and the room can get very hot over the course of the day if visiting in the spring/summer. If using public transportation you will have to walk about 10 minutes or so to the metro, the road to the hotel can be steep. The hotel's restaurant is a good option for dining, but the menu is a bit limited. The included breakfast was good.

Everything was good except I could not use the internet properly in my room, I was here for conference and that was a big problem for me it was here for 3 days and I reported the problem but they just couldn't fix it.

The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all. There was children screaming past midnight in the terrace area and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We booked this hotel and splurged a bit as it was our last night in Barcelona and i regret not asking them to put us up at another hotel
