It is fun staying at Serena. My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. Markos is our main man. He is funny and we shared a lot of jokes. Aside from all other staff members are truly tourist oriented. They go all out.

Its ok if you're in need of an overnight, close to the train station location. However, the room we had was so tiny and ill-conceived that we could barely walk around the bed with a haphazard armoir that couldn't be opened. The entire hotel seemed crammed including the breakfast area where people were unable to get around to the offerings due to bottlenecked layout & poor spatial planning overall. We felt the quality and conditions did not justify the cost for a weekend.

Wonderful place to stay while in Rome, rooms are clean and very old fashioned, yet equipment with everything you might need. All the big attractions are close by and easy to walk to or access by bus. And most importantly the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it and I will definitely stay here again whenever I came back to Rome!

The good - convenient location to Rome Termini station, shops, cafes outside. The not-so-good - AC took forever to cool, staff not so friendly, dark room.

The guy working the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty, with a good amount of options. Our room was clean, but they definitely need to do some upgrades. Everything worked.
