Great location for British museum and 15 minutes to several theaters. Easy access to lots of sights. Do to e tal breakfast was fine but a little pricey for what you got. We did have room 1 in the basement which was ok lots of space but it’s under the lobby and we could hear people at all hours upstairs

The hotel is spread across many properties and we were moved from our booked room to furthest hotel from available facilities. We had a very uncomfortable bed. It was not a good night's stay.

Stayed 3 nights. Great location near the British museum. Close to everything but quiet. Room was clean and a good size. A little run down looking. Enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped but we were able to sleep ok. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Room clean and tidy. Plenty of toiltries an yea and coffee. Check in was a nightmare. Took 1 hr. Wanted a passport. Why would we be carrying a passport.? Not a well trained member of staff. Dealt with other guests and kept having to ring her manager for help.!!!!!

Quiet and very convenient location, a few blocks from The British Museum. Large room, a bit dated, but it had everything. Would recommend.
