Great location and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet

This property had many good points but a few bad points too. The good points are: Very clean all around the property, rooms cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. Lovely garden overlooking the sea with tropical plants. Excellent breakfast served in the garden each morning, delicious pastries and bread as well as some hot food. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station and a 4/5 minute walk to the town centre. The hotel is painted a bright red colour which makes it easy to spot on arrival. We could spot it from many locations around Taormina! The bad points are: 2 flights of steps down to the property with no sign indicating where the reception is. We had to direct many new guests to the right place. We are able bodied and did not have a problem, but others did, and there was not always help available to carry luggage. The lifts did not stop at our floor level so we still had to carry our cases up some stairs. We chose a balcony room which we were told was small on arrival. The room was adequate but a few shelves above the desk would have made a big difference. However, the bathroom was tiny, probably the smallest bathroom I've come across in a hotel. There was a step up to the toilet and shower which could be unsafe, and the gap between the shower and sink as you went up the step was small so larger people may have a problem. Overall, a lovely holiday, Sicily is beautiful.

This perfectly located bed and breakfast was incredible! Just a few blocks from via Umberto (shopping and dining), the cable car that transports you to Isola Bella and from the bus stop that transports you to the train station and the beach, it's the place to stay if you're relying on mass transportation! Additionally, the room was brand new, bright and clean! The staff, most notably Antonella was so very helpful and passionate in her profession creating for us a 48-hour agenda which included getting the most amazing pictures of Mt. Etna from a town three miles North, to reserving a 2-hour 10-person boat excursion from Naxos around Isola Bella and back, such a great day! Most notable was the extravagant daily breakfast (really felt like brunch!) with all the Sicilian favorites and friendly staff preparing fresh baked goods and stewed veggies and bruschetta right in front of us!

Wonderful stay for our 2 night trip to Taormina. The location was fantastic. Very close to the cable car and the Corso pedestrian walk. We had a place to park our car right in front of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more than enough choice to start our day and while sitting in a breakfast room with a beautiful view. Would stay here again if I come back and would highly recommend to my friends. Thank you!!

We’ve been in Sicily for over a month and this was our favorite weekend- the hotel is beautiful. Great location. Great staff. Nice rooms. Looking back I’m very surprised how affordable the hotel was compared to others given the overall experience. I travel a lot and this was the best experience to value I’ve enjoyed. Thank you! I’ll be back again.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Taormina. The staff and owners make you feel like part of the family. Exquisite views, top notch breakfast, and Matteo makes the best cappuccinos! Close to the bus line and Corso Umberto (the main street). We want to return next year to the same room! Highly recommend!

This is a charming hotel with a great view of the sea and a fabulous garden breakfast/lounge area! The breakfast was outstanding ! The hotel receptionist gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner. The only disadvantage of the property is the stairs and difficulty finding the entrance.

Everything about this property is five stars, the staff and service the breakfast the cleanliness, the rooms and the views. The only criticism I have is that the parking is a bit expensive and it’s offsite.
