We were met with such amazing hospitality at this hotel. It’s quaint and looked to be nearly renovated. Air conditioned rooms were comfortable- they remove your option for reducing the temp past 22 though - so don’t think you’re getting An 18 degree room with this AC option. Breakfast was DEVINE. pastries and amazing coffee at the ready. And you request omelettes, fried eggs or Scrambled eggs and they make it fresh for each individual. We stayed in the jr suite with our two kids. Excellent accommodation for the littles. They had a pack and play that we used for our one year old. And a massive pull out couch for our 4 year old. The only two things I would note The hotel works with a taxi service to book trips for you- you pay a premium for this. And can most likely find something cheaper through Freenow or Bolt or Uber. Lastly they advertise sound proofed rooms- you can hear peoples conversations above you and you can hear all plumbing- toilet flushes, water running, showers. So be aware of this Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Amazing location for an amazing price. You get a great quality stay with lots of help from staff should you ask for it.

Mold on the duvet foot cover. No key for the safe. Room smelt like mold. AC was good most of the time except very early in the morning when it would get very hot in the room. I woke up everyday morning at around 3-4am due to the heat. Broken hinge for the fridge door and fridge had mold in it.

Brilliant location and mostly super helpful staff

Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a central location and great value in Paris.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of shops and bars . It’s a little dated and could probably benefit from an uplift in the communal areas , the room was absolutely fine , clean , great shower , tea and coffee facilities, safe and mini fridge . The staff were amazing. Especially Clarice , she was super friendly and super helpful. Couldn’t fault them in any way .

Excellent location and supportive staff

We stayed here 2 nights during the heat wave this May and AC was terrific! We arrived early for checkin and they had us wait in the lobby as they got the room ready - receptionist gave us all candies which my kids definitely enjoyed (family of 4). Everyone was super friendly, and room was a good size. Had a front room that had a pull out bed (which they had a setup for us) plus another loveseat. Then a 1 bedroom which was a good size. Everything was nicely updated and felt newly remodeled. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and it was good to have a fridge. If you are tall, the room we had was on the 6th floor and while the dormers helped, the roof was slanted and the beams were low. We are not tall, but still needed to take care on the ceiling. It was also nice to have an elevator - it is very small. All 4 of us could not fit with luggage. The location was great, 5min from 2 different stations - plenty of markets and restaurants within a few minutes. They had 24/7 coverage at the front desk, and everyone was smiling and helpful - nice to know if I lost my key or had some issue, there was someone there. It also felt safe in the area - no worries for me any family of younger kids. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and come back next time we were in Paris.
