Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable. Close to the city center, 15 minute walk. Safe for the car, with free and available parking! Special compliments to the host for making sure our stay was perfect! Grazie mille!

The rooms are super spacious very clean very modern the only thing is check out @ 10:30 it’s a little crazy but besides that the place is good conditions

The place it’s really close to train station, I also enjoyed the cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff to assist me during check in and check out process. I will be back if I will need overnight in Palermo.

The uninviting exterior belies what you find when you enter the suite. Luca and family have done an excellent job in creating a great space in an old, somewhat decrepit, building.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the historic centre. Staff really helpful with transfers , check in and luggage locked up for us after we left so we could explore. Would recommend 💯

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always quick to assist with any questions or requests, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The hotel was also spotless. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The price was great and it was close to everything we wanted to see.

Jean Lucas fue un excelente anfitrión. Estuvo muy pendiente a nuestra llegada y nos asistió en el proceso de check in. Fuimos por una noche y nos quedamos dos. Es un edificio antiguo pero su interior es muy contemporáneo. Todo estaba muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. La seguridad es excelente. Muy recomendable .
