Amazing staff all so happy and friendly .. great facilities Pilates reformer .. fab pool .. yoga outside deck .. delicious healthy food and juices .. fab rooms comfy beds and great air con .. adults only and no booze great for a reset .. second visit I did think there is less yoga classes than previous Jana is very good but others less challenging ..

I really enjoyed my stay at the Absolute Santuary.. the rooms were so clean and the property was nice. I especially enjoyed the Pilates with Kevin. The spa was nice too .. the only thing I feel is that they should include all the classes in their rate instead of paying for everything seperately.

I didn’t realised I was booking into a detox resort. I booked a room for 3 days and loved the environment and the calmness of it all. Very pleasant stay will defo go back.

Value for money is very good here when compared to some of the other resorts which I have stayed at and looked at. The menu has good range and is healthy, the rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff are pleasant. This is somewhere you can get well and healthy.

Excellent sanctuary with fantastic gym, fitness, yoga, pilates, massage and emotional wellness facilities. Very good value for money as far as wellness centres go. The meals are excellent and served by wonderful staff

If you’re after complete and total healthiness then this place is for you. Everybody there is so focused on their personal journey to being detoxed or whatever they’re going through it can be a bit boring for people who are just there for a holiday.
