Upon arrival, I observed that the lobby area was in a state of significant disrepair. Cabinet doors were detached or hanging from damaged hinges, and a glass panel behind the front counter appeared compromised. During my stay, individuals who did not appear to be registered guests entered the lobby and directed verbal outbursts toward guests, creating an unsafe and unwelcoming environment. Additionally, the ice machine in the lobby was leaking, and unsecured crates of supplies were left in the common area, further detracting from the property's presentation and accessibility. Standard guest amenities—including coffee, water, and snacks—were entirely unavailable throughout my stay. In my guest room, I detected a persistent odor of urine, which I believe was attributable to a leaking toilet that had allowed water to pool on the bathroom floor. Having traveled extensively throughout my career, I can state without reservation that this property represents the most substandard lodging experience I have encountered to date.

I booked it on the day my flight got canceled at EWR. Good location close to NJ transit. However, the room floor is not clean, and the hair dryer doesn’t work. Bedding and towels are soft, clean and comfortable. Good enough for a last resort, but wouldn’t recommend if there are other alternatives.

Let’s just say the walls were sticky and the front desk feels compelled to work behind a thick sheet of glass

I booked in to the ramada. I had expected to be able to take a hot shower. I wasthere saturday through monday. There was no hot water at all! I will definitely not return do yourself a favor never book this hotel

I was never able to check in because they had no hot water. The lobby was very dirty. So was the bathroom in the lobby.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. On the first day, I paid for one day; then, the next morning, I paid for two more. Despite having paid for those extra days, I was forced to leave the hotel at 12:00 PM and couldn't check back in until 3:00 PM, so I had to wait in the lobby for three hours. Worst of all was the treatment I received from the front desk staff: a staff member tore up a form I had already signed simply because I asked to keep the same room I had previously occupied.

The Ramada offers a great location and friendly staff, but the amenities could use some improvement, and the WiFi was inconsistent. It’s a reasonable budget option overall.
