This property is all about location.
It is not for everyone due to the fact that it is on a fourth floor. There is no elevator and the winding narrow staircase is hard to climb with luggage.
It has a fantastic view from the very narrow balcony.
The street is fairly quiet and it is a stone throw away from the Cathedral.
The hostess Elena, is very helpful with questions and very responsive . She even called a taxi for us at a very early morning hour.

We've been to Santiago 5 times, staying in different places each time. This was the best accommodation by far. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square and cathedral, spacious, clean, very comfortable, quiet day and night. It even has a small terrace at the back. Great communication, with clear instructions on how to access the property.

The location was perfect for the cathedral. Absolutely perfect! There is also an outstanding restaurant right across the street. You couldn’t ask for a better location and a cleaner place in Santiago.

Beautiful little apartment, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The host was extremely helpful, keeping in touch throughout to make sure we had all we needed. Close to the cathedral but in a quiet little street and very peaceful. We hope to return :)

This is a unique, charming apartment featuring beautiful historic stone walls. The location is perfect — less than 5 minute walk from the cathedral yet remarkably quiet at night. While the space is older and smaller than expected, it is well-equipped. The owner’s thoughtfulness shines through in the details: a towel warmer (essential for winter!), a wall-mounted hair dryer, and clever storage solutions.
The only drawback would be the shower — the space is tight and the doors don't quite shut right. A little extra attention to cleaning in the bathroom and addressing the shower door seal would make this stay even better, both for the guest experience and to help protect the property floors.

Location - 2 minute walk to Cathedral.
A lovely place, but VERY VERY noisy all day and all night. We still loved the place. Communication was excellent.

The property was located in a great spot, and was quiet and well equipped. The decor was slightly tired but otherwise was a perfect apartment for our small family. We would definitely return when we come back to Santiago.

The property is really nice. Very nicely decorated with everything you need for a day in Santiago de Compostela. The location couldn’t be better. I would go back there next time I stay in Santiago.
