Our stay at this hotel in Paris was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location was fantastic, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every detail made us feel welcome. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their kindness and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations. A very special thank you to Sylwia, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued. She is a real credit to the hotel and played a huge part in making our trip so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and will definitely return on our next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Victoria, Birouka, Zoheir were all AMAZING! They were so helpful. Could answer any question we had. Ordered an uber/bolt when we needed it using their own cell phone. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris! Thank you!!!

Bonjour!! Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage before check in and after checkout while we waited for our departure flight.

The hotel is really about the staff who were great. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is well situated and there are many nice restaurants close by. The property iself was old but maintained , the rooms were small but clean. I will stay here again when I visit Paris.
