Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.

Great location across the street from the water near the old town and the beaches. Great balcony overlooking the street and small square where they had a concert. Excellent staff throughout and nice roof top pool and pool bar

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, walkable to everything. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking our car was easy. Upon check-in they generously offer a glass of refreshing Prosecco as a welcome. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and the air conditioner worked fantastically. They provide a generous breakfast with freshly made juices, coffee and espresso. They have a restaurant and little bar on site as well. The hotel is decorated with some very cool Maritime artifacts as part of the owner's personal collection. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous establishment, with very large comfy rooms, well insulated, a great restaurant, a nice Spa with excellent massage service, and a small roof top pool with panoramic views of Bari seashore. Just what else could one need? Valet service for your car and walking distance from many places. 👌👍👏

Central location with good sea views. Took an hour to get the car out from the valet after playing €30

Beautiful ocean front property. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall the room was clean. The only problem was that I’ve seen a few times silverfish bugs.

It a ok hotel nice people good location but it’s not a 5 star hotel ….

This property is in a great location, with a wonderful view of the harbor and promenade. We preferred staying in this area rather than the old town area, which seemed more crowded and touristy. There were many nice restaurants near the hotel, and the old town was a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful.
