Skvelé Excellent Route Inn. Really busy at breakfast at 6:30, due to a big group all dining first thing. Delayed our start by 30min. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff were amazing.

Spa was nice. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel.
They need to communicate better with clients. Some bills are not explained. We got breakfast tickets when checked in, but they billed automatically with our credit card. Maybe because we booked with hotels.com
Route Inn always includes breakfast with the booking. It maybe the fault info by Hotels. com?

Skvelé The grand annex room was very nice. One of the front check in staff was rude, but the other staff were all very nice.
