A genuine traditional bed and breakfast experience in a beautiful natural environment. Rooms are clean and peacful. Kim is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host. Fantastic breakfast, with freshly baked bread and produce. Also yummy home baked cookies and teas availablefor guests. Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay at Buttercuphill B&B was tops! Kim was the perfect host from her communication before our arrival to our welcome on arrival, her hospitality during our stay and our farewell. She really knows how to make people feel at home and her breakfasts and cookies were amazing. The property really is charming and located within easy walking distance into town. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Kym is an incredible host only matched by her cooking - the breakfasts were awesome! Peaceful and relaxing but with every little thing you need.

Breakfast is by far the best someone could have. Kim is a magician at the kitchen ensuring guests are beyond delighted with such exquisite dishes. The place is perfectly positioned surrounded by nothing but the absolute beauty and sounds of nature. A perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. Kim is that one of a kind host that exceeds all expectations. We would not be hesitating in coming back.

Lovely little Bed and Breakfast in Warburton. Perfect place to rest if you’re doing the Rail Trail (as long as you don’t mind the steep driveway!) The breakfast was delicious! Thanks for having us

Beautifully quiet location with additional engaging activities in the local area. Breakfasts were great and being able to engage with other guests was lovely. The host was charming and very helpful.
