The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good.

We had a fantastic stay at Gens Mundi B&B. The hosts Flavia & Franco were very attentive, kind, & communicated very well with us using the Hotels.com message system. Franco was able to pick us up after a cruise from the Civitavecchia Port and bring us to there lovely B&B. The property has a beautiful garden and pool & lounge area for guests complete with an outside shower. They thought of everything for the comfort of their guests and make you feel like part of the family. Franco recommended & made a dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant and we had a fantastic meal there. Franco & Flavia even offered to drive us into town if we needed it. They are both wonderful hosts who have made our stay here exceptional. We highly recommend staying at their B&B if you want a relaxing family friendly place to stay close to FCO Rome airport. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had an excellent stay! Very close to the Ostia Antica Ruins which is a must do. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed including breakfast. The owners were so accommodating and very nice. Highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed here for one night between flights into and out of Rome. The airport pickup was good. The BnB is about 15 minutes from the airport and is 30 euros each way. We stayed in a cottage in the garden and found it quite delightful. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bountiful self serve breakfast provided. We really enjoyed talking to our host, LanFranco, and appreciated him talking about points of interest on the way back to the airport as the BnB is very close to Ostia Antica. We would definitely stay here again. One little word of warning is to give yourself at least three hours to get to your gate at the airport. The line for Passport Control is around a kilometer long snaking through the concourse. We couldn’t believe it. A big thank you to LanFranco and Flavia!

My stay was perfect! The apartment was well decorated/ equipped and breakfast foods were stocked in the refrigerator! The hosts made me feel like family and I fell in love with the cat. My host was also able to pick me up at the airport for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend staying with Flavia and her husband!
