Kamar hotel yg luas, area kolam renang yg luas. Yg tdk di sukai, di temukan air yg lambat turun di kmr mandi serta wastafel, kolamrenang yg airnya kurang bersih, keamanan kolam renang yg lgsung terhubung ke kolam retensi tanpa pagar pelindindung. Parkir yg sempit

Vast luxury hotel just 10 minutes from Palembang international airport. The airport offers free transfers to the city centre and to the airport. Excellent pool facilities, restaurants and large spacious rooms.

Very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service every 30 minutes from the hotel. Room was big and clean. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Restaurant overlooks a lake and there is a jogging track around it.

Samostatný pobyt · Pre firmy

The hotel is brand new and looking quite nice BUT it does not have enough guests (or not that many) thus is manned by a skeleton crew. The only food available at the restaurant for dinner is the room service menu (and some are not even stocked). Being as skeleton crew, the service is slow and most do not speak English. I stayed with pleasure in Santika hotels in JAKARTA but for this one, this was an overall bad experience. the only redeeming point is its proximity to the airport.
